Allah Taala ne shuru hi se chaar (4) maheeno ko hurmat wala qarar diya hai woh hain. Zul-Qa’da, Zul-Hijjah, Muharram aur Rajab. Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ ۚ فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا فِيهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ ۚ وَقَاتِلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَافَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَافَّةً ۚ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِين
Tarjumah: Maheeno ki ginti Allah ke nazdeek kitab ul Allah (Allah ki kitaab) mein baara (12) ki hai, usi din se jab se aasman o zameen ko us ne paida kiya hai un mein se char (4) hurmat o adab ke hain. Yahi durust deen hai, tum in maheeno mein apni janon par zulm na karo aur tum tamam mushrikon se jihad karo jaise ki woh tum sab se ladte hain aur jaan rakho ki Allah Taala muttaqiyon ke saath hai.
(Surah At-Taubah, Surah No: 9  Ayat No: 36)

Fi kitaabiAllah «فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ» se murad Lauh e Mehfooz yani taqdeer e ilahi hai. Yani shuru se hi Allah Taala ne baara (12) maheenay muqarrar farmaye hain jin mein chaar (4) hurmat wale hain jin mein qatl o jidaal khaas taur se mana hai. Isi baat ko Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne is tarah farmaya hai:
الزَّمَانُ قَدِ اسْتَدَارَ كَهَيْئَتِهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ، السَّنَةُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ، ثَلاَثَةٌ مُتَوَالِيَاتٌ ذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ وَالْمُحَرَّمُ، وَرَجَبُ مُضَرَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ جُمَادَى وَشَعْبَانَ
Tarjumah: Zamana ghoom phir kar usi haalat par aa gaya jaise us din tha jis din Allah Taala ne aasman aur zameen ko paida kiya tha. Saal baara (12) maheeno ka hota hai, chaar (4) maheenay us mein hurmat waale hain. Teen (3) to pe dar pe (lagaatar, continously). Zu-Qa’da, Zul-Hijjah aur Muharram aur choutha (4th) Rajab e Mudhar jo Jumad al Ukhra aur Sha’baan ke beech mein padta hai. (Sahih Bukhari: 3197, 4662 and Sahih Muslim: 1679)
Zamana usi haalat par aa gaya hai ka matlab, Arab ke mushrikeen maheeno mein jo taqdeem o takheer (aagey peechey) karte they us ka khatma ho gaya.

Adab o ehtram ki wajah se is Mahinay ko Muharram kaha jaata hai. Is mein jang o jidaal, fitna aur fasaad, zulm, ladaai jhagda karna khaas taur se mana hai. Is mumani’at (prohibition) ka lihaaz Jahiliyyat ke zamaane se balki kaynaat (universe) ki takhleeq se chala aa raha hai. Yeh maheena hurmat waale maheenay mein sab se afzal hai.

Muharram ul Haram aur Bid’aat Ka Toofaan:
Yeh maheena adab o ehtram wala hai is ke bawjood soofiyon aur bi’atiyon ne is maheenay mein soog mananay (maatam karne) aur khaane peene ke bahut saare gumraah raste ijaad kar liye. Hussain Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat ka maatam, taziyah ke naam par azaadari (mourning), nauha wizari (roona peetna), qawwali aur marsiyyah (threnodes, elegy), deegein aur sabelein, nahoosat o izaa ka izhaar, shuhadaa (martyrs) ki nazr o niyaaz, jism zakhmi karna, aurton aur mardon ka ikhtelaat (mixing) aur naach gaanay, dhol tamashey waghera saare kaam nai (new) ijaad aur bid’aat ki qism mein se hain aur yeh sab jahannum tak le jaaney waale hain. Is liye musalmanon ko chahiye ke ehtram waale maheenay ka ehtram kare jis tarah ahl e zamana ne kiya hai. Allah ke hudood ki pamali se azaab aata hai. Allah Taala Ummat e Musalmah ko deen ki sahih samajh de kahin aisa na ho ki in bid’aat ke irtikaab se Allah ummat par azaab nazil kar de. Allah hamein mehfooz rakhe. Aameen
Is maheenay ke kai fazail hain yahan sirf aik ahem fazeelat ka zikr kiya jaa raha hai woh hai Muharram mein roza rakhna khaas taur se Aashoora ka.

Muharram ul Haraam aur Aashoora ke rozay:
(1) Muharram ke aksar rozay ki fazeelat: 
Muharram ke maheenay mein poore maheenay ka roza rakhna jaayez hai aur kuch fuqaha ne zikr bhi kya hai ki poore Muharram ka roza rakhna chahiye, magar Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Ramadhan ke alawah kisi maheenay mein mukammal roza rakhna saabit nahi hai. Ramadhan ke alawah sirf Sha’baan mein aksar din ka roza rakhtey they.
Is liye tamam dalail ko saamney rakhte huwe yeh kaha jayega ki hadees:
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ أَفْضَلُ الصِّيَامِ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ شَهْرُ اللَّهِ الْمُحَرَّمُ وَأَفْضَلُ الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ ‏"‏
Tarjumah: Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Ramadhan ke baad sab se afzal rozay Allah ke maheenay “Muharram” ke hain aur farz namaz ke baad sab se afzal namaz raat ki namaz hai.

Muharram ke ziyadah rozay rakhnay par Mahmool ki jayegi na ke pooray Muharram ke rozay par.

* Shaikh Ibn e Baaz Rahimahullah ne is Hadees se Muharram ke ibtidayi (starting ke) dus (10) rozay murad liye hain.
* Shaikh Mohammad Saleh al Uthaimeen Rahimahullah se poocha gaya ki kya pooray Muharram ka roza rakhnay wala Bid’ati kehlayega? To aap ne kaha nahi, lekin Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Ramadhan ke alawah kisi maheenay ka mukammal roza rakhna saabit nahi hai aur Sha’baan ka aksar roza rakhtay they. (Kalaam ka ikhtisaar)
* Shaikh Mohammad Saleh al Munajjid farmate hain ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Ramadhan ke alawah kisi maheenay mein mukammal roza rakhna saabit nahi hai, lehaza (isliye) yeh Hadees Muharram mein kasrat se roza rakhney pay Mahmool hogi na ki poore maheenay par.

(2) Sirf Dasven (10th) Muharram ke rozay ki fazeelat:
Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne dasven (10th) Muharram ka roza rakha hai, Aap ne is rozay ka bada ajr zikr farmaya hai:
وَصِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ أَحْتَسِبُ عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ السَّنَةَ الَّتِي قَبْلَهُ
Tarjumah: Aur Aashoora ke din ka roza, main Allah se ummed rakhta hun ki pichle saal ke gunaaho ka kaffara ban jayega.
(Sahih Muslim: 1162)

Hazrat Ibn e Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma bayan karte hain:
مَا رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَتَحَرَّى صِيَامَ يَوْمٍ فَضَّلَهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ، إِلاَّ هَذَا الْيَوْمَ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ وَهَذَا الشَّهْرَ‏.‏ يَعْنِي شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ‏.‏
Tarjumah: Main ne Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko siwaye Aashoora ke din ke aur is Ramadhan ke maheeney ke aur kisi din ko doosre dino se afzal jaan kar khaas taur se qasd (irada) kar ke roza rakhte nahi dekha.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2006)

Is liye Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne khud bhi dasven (10th) Muharram ka roza rakha aur dosron ko bhi is ki takeed ki.
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ يَوْمُ عَاشُورَاءَ تَصُومُهُ قُرَيْشٌ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَصُومُهُ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ صَامَهُ، وَأَمَرَ بِصِيَامِهِ، فَلَمَّا فُرِضَ رَمَضَانُ تَرَكَ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ، فَمَنْ شَاءَ صَامَهُ، وَمَنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَهُ‏.‏
Tarjumah: Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha bayan karti hain ki Aashoora ke din zamana e jahiliyyat mein Quraish roza rakha karte the aur RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam bhi rakhte they. Phir jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Madina tashreef laaye to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne yahan bhi Aashoora ke din roza rakha aur uska logon ko bhi hukm diya. Lekin Ramadhan ki farziyyat ke baad Aap ne Aashoora ke din roza rakhna chor diya aur farmaya ki ab jiska dil chahe is din roza rakhe aur jiska dil chahe na rakhe.

(3) Sirf 9 Moharram ka roza:
Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Taala Anhuma bayan karte hain:
حِينَ صَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ وَأَمَرَ بِصِيَامِهِ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ يَوْمٌ تُعَظِّمُهُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ فَإِذَا كَانَ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ - إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ - صُمْنَا الْيَوْمَ التَّاسِعَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَلَمْ يَأْتِ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ حَتَّى تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Tarjumah: Jis waqt Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Aashoora ke din roza rakha aur uske rozay ka hukm farmaya to Sahaba ne kaha aye Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! Is din to Yahood aur Nasara ta’zeem karte hain to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki jab agla saal aayega to hum 9 tareekh ka bhi roza rakhenge. Rawi ne kaha ki abhi agla saal nahi aaya tha ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam wafat paa gaye.

(4) 9 aur 10 ya 10 aur 11 Muharram ka roza rakhna:
Kuch riwayaat mein Aahsoora ko aik din pehle ya aik din baad mein milaane ka zikr milta hai. Riwayat dekhen:
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
صوموا يومَ عاشوراءَ، وخالفوا فيه اليهودَ، صوموا قبلَه يومًا، و بعدَه يومًا۔
Tarjumah: Aashoora ka roza rakho aur us mein Yahudiyon ki mukhalifat karo. Aik din pehle aur aik din baad us ke saath roza rakho.
* Is riwayat ko Sheikh Albani aur Allama Shawkaani Rahimahumallah waghera ne Zaeef qarar diya hai.

Aik doosri hadees mein و ki jagah او ka zikr hai:
صوموا يومَ عاشوراءَ وخالِفوا اليَهودَ ، صوموا قبلَهُ يومًا أو بعدَهُ يومًا
* Is Hadees ko bhi Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne zaeef qarar diya hai. {Sahih Ibn e Khuzaima (Albani): 2095}

Isi tarah aik aur riwayat is tarah ki milti hai. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam farmate hain:
لئن بقيتُ لآمُرَنَّ بصيامِ يومٍ قبلَه أو يومٍ بعدَه. يومِ عاشوراءَ
Tarjumah: Agar main (agle saal) zinda raha to main Aashoora ke saath aik din pehle ya aik din baad mein roza rakhne ka hukm dunga.
* Isey Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Munkar kaha hai.

Rozon ke mutalliq upar zikr ki gayi chaaron qismon se yeh baat wazeh hoti hai ke Muharram mein do qism ka roza rakhna badey Ajr o Sawaab ka kaam hai.
Aik to aam taur par kasrat se roza rakh satke hain kiyunki is mein roza rakhna Ramadhan ke rozon ke baad sab se afzal qarar diya gaya hai. Doosra Aashoora ka roza. Ashoora ke mutalliq yeh ikhtelaaf hai ki konsa roza rakhna afzal hai?
Is silsile mein sab se umdah qaul yeh hai ke 9 Muharram aur Yaum e Aashoora (yani 10 Muharram) dono ka roza rakhna afzal hai is liye ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne 10 Muharram ka roza rakha aur 9 Muharram ka roza rakhnay ki niyat ki. Hafiz Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah likhte hain ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne jo 9 Muharram ke rozay ka iradah kiya us ke mae’nay mein ihtemal (probability, verisimilitude) hai ke sirf 9 par hi munhasir nahi balki us ke saath 10 ka bhi izafah kiya jayega, ya to us ki ahtiyaat ke liye ya phir Yahood o Nasara ki mukhalifat ki wajah se aur yahi Raajih hai jo Sahih Muslim ki baaz riwayaat se bhi maloom hota hai.

Lekin akeley 10 Muharram ya akeley 9 Muharram ka roza rakhna bhi masnoon hai jaisa ki daleel se saabit hai. Raha 9 aur 10 ya 10 aur 11 ya 9, 10 aur 11 to ulama ne in sooraton ko bhi jaayez kaha hai kiyunki is masle ki riwayaat mein zo’f halka hai. Meri nazar mein 9 aur 10 Muharram ka roza rakhna behtar aur afzal hai.

Aashoora Ke Deegar Masail:
(1) 9 ya 10 Muharram ka akela roza hafta ya Juma ko pad jaaye to us din akela roza rakhnay mein koi harj nahi hai jaisa ki Arafah ka roza.
(2) Agar kisi ke upar Ramadhan ka roza qaza ho to woh bhi Aashoora ka roza rakh sakta hai kiyunki qaza ke liye fauran roza rakhna zaroori nahi hai.
(3) Aksar jaghon par eeswi tareekh (english date) chalti hai jis ki wajah se kahin kahin logon ko raat mein Arabic tareekh ka ilm nahi ho pata aise log Fajr ke baad din mein bhi Aashoora ki niyat kar sakte hain kiyunki nafli rozay mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se din mein bhi rozay ki niyat karni saabit hai shart yeh hai ke Fajr ke baad kuch khaaya piya na ho.
(4) Musafir ko agar roza rakhne mein diqqat na ho to Aashoora ka roza rakhna ziyadah behtar hai taaki us ki fazeelat paa sake.
(5) Qaza rozay aur Aashoora ko aik niyat mein ikhaththa kar sakte hain magar afzal soorat yahi hai ki qaza alag rakhe jaayen aur Aashoora alag.
(6) Agar Aashoora Monday ya Thursday ko aa jaye to us Monday aur Thursday ki niyat se Aashoora ko bhi mila sakte hain.
(7) Kaffaraat (expiations) ka roza (jo ki wajibi hai) Aashoora ke saath aik niyat mein nahi rakh sakte kiyunki Kaffaraat (expiations) ki niyat se Aashoora ka ajr nahi milega. Kuch ahl e ilm ne dono ko jama karne ka bhi zikr kiya hai.
(8) Aashoora ke rozay ki baad mein qaza nahi hai is liye jis se yeh roza choot jaaye woh is ki qaza na kare.
(9) Jis ki niyat Aashoora ka roza rakhne ki thi magar kisi uzr (excuse) ki wajah se nahi rakh saka to Allah ka fazl wasee hai woh niyat ke hisaab se bhi ajr deta hai. Misaal ke taur par koi ain waqt par (means last time par) bemaar pad gaya ya aurat ko haiz ya nifas ka khoon aa gaya waghera.
(10) Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taymiah Rahimahullah ne likha hai ke Taharat, Namaz, Ramadhan ka roza, Arafah ka Roza aur Aashoora ke rozay se sirf sagheera (choote) gunaah maaf hote hain.

Aashoora ke rozay ke manfi (negative) cheezein:
Ahadees ki roshni mein zahir hai ke is maheenay mein sirf rozay ka zikr milta hai magar is ke bar-khilaaf (opposite) Bid’atiyon ne khaane peene ke mukhtalif Bid’ati darwaze khol rakhe hain, khud bhi ajr se mehroom ho kar Bid’at ki gumraahi mein doobe huwe hain aur saade logon ko bhi fitne mein mubtala kar rakha hai.
Bid’atiyon ka kehna hai ke Karbala ke shaheedon par paani band hone ki yaad mein Sabeel lagana aur un ki roohon ke liye Fatiha ke zariye esaal e sawab karna (sawaab pahunchana) chahiye. Yeh Bid’at hai aur har Baid’at gumraahi hai aur har gumraahi ka thikana jahannum hai. Is liye musalmanon ko Aashoora mein achche achache pakwaan banane aur khane se bachna chahiye aur us din ka roza rakhna chahiye.

Aashoora Se Mutalliq Zaeef aur Mauzoo Riwayaat:
(1) إنَّ اللهَ خلق السماواتِ والأرضَ يومَ عاشوراءَ
Tarjumah: Be-shak Allah ne Aashoora ke din zameen o aasmaan ko paida kiya.
*Yeh riwayat Mauzoo (manghadat) hai. 

(2) مَنِ اكتحلَ بالإثمدِ يومَ عاشوراءَ لم يرمَدْ أبدًا
Tarjumah: Jis ne Aashoora ke din surma lagaya to usay kabhi takleef nahi hogi.
* Yeh riwayat Mauzoo hai. Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Mauzoo kaha hai.

(3) من صام يومَ عاشوراءَ كتب اللهُ له عبادةَ ستِّين سنةً بصيامِها وقيامِها
Tarjumah: Jis ne Aashoora ke din roza rakha Allah us ke liye saath (60) saal rozay aur qiyam ka ajr likhega.
* Yeh riwayat bhi Mauzoo hai.

(4) مَن وَسَّعَ على عِيَالِهِ في يومِ عاشوراءَ، وَسَّعَ اللهُ عليه في سَنَتِهِ كلِّها
Tarjumah: Jo shakhs Aashoora ke din apne ahl o Ayaal par farakhi (kushadgi) se kharch karega, Allah Taala saal bhar us ko farakhi ataa farmayega.
* Yeh riwayat Zaeef hai. Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Zaeef kaha hai.

(5) إن آدم تاب الله عليه يوم عاشوراء ، ونوحاً نجاه الله يوم عاشوراء وإبراهيم نجاه الله من النار يوم عاشوراء ويونس أخرجه الله من بطن الحوت يوم عاشوراء ويعقوب اجتمع بيوسف يوم عاشوراء والتوراة نزلت يوم عاشوراء
Tarjumah: Aashoora ke din ko Adam Alaihissalam ne tauba ki, aur Nooh Alaihissalam ko Allah ne Aashoora ke din najaat di, aur Ibrahim Alaihissalam ko Allah ne Aashoora ko aag se najaat di, aur Younus Alaihissalam ko Allah ne machli ke pait se Aashoora ke din nikala, aur Yaqoob o Yousuf Aashoora ko miley aur Taurat Aashoora ke din nazil hue.
* Is qism ki saari riwayaat zaeef aur mauzoo hain.

(6)أن أعرابيًّا سأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن صوم يوم عرفة ويوم عاشوراء، فقال: يوم عاشوراء يكفر العام الذي قبله والذي بعده، ويوم عرفة يكفر العام الذي قبله۔ (رواہ ابویعلی الموصلی بسند ضعیف : اتحاف الخیرہ 3/84)
Tarjumah: Aik dehaati ne Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se Arafah aur Aashoora ke rozay ke mutalliq sawaal kiya to Aap ne farmaya: Aashoora se aik saal pehle aur aik saal baad ke gunah aur Arafah se pichle aik saal ke gunah maaf hote hain.
* Yeh riwayat zaeef hai is ke Sanad aur Matan dono mein kharabi hai.

(7) من صلَّى يومَ عاشوراءَ ما بين الظُّهرِ والعصرِ أربعين ركعةً يقرأُ في كلِّ ركعةٍ بفاتحةِ الكتابِ مرَّةً ، وآيةِ الكرسيِّ عشرَ مرَّاتٍ ، و{ قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ} إحدَى عشرةَ مرَّةً ، والمُعوِّذَتْين خمسَ مرَّاتٍ ، فإذا سلَّم استغفرَ سبعين مرَّةً أعطاه اللهُ في الفردوسِ قُبَّةً بيضاءَ ، فيها بيتٌ من زمردُّةٍ خضراءَ ، سعةُ ذلك البيتِ مثلُ الدُّنيا ثلاثَ مرَّاتٍ ، وفي ذلك البيتِ سريرٌ من نورٍ ، قوائمُ السَّريرِ من العنبرِ الأشهبِ على ذلك السَّريرِ ألفُ فراشٍ من الزَّعفرانِ
Yeh banawti namaz ka tareeqa hai jiska maf-hoom yeh hai ki jis ne Aashoora ke din Zohr aur Asr ke darmiyan 40 rakat parhi. Har rakat mein aik baar Surah Fatiha, 10 baar Ayat al Kursi, Qul-Huwallahu Ahad «قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَد» 11 baar, Mu’awwazatain 5 baar parhe. Aur jab salam phere to 70 baar isteghfaar kare.

(8) ومن أشبع أهل بيت مساكين يوم عاشوراء مر على الصراط كالبرق الخاطف ومن تصدق بصدقة فكأنما لم يرد سائلا قط ومن اغتسل يوم عاشوراء لم يمرض إلا مرض الموت
Tarjumah: Jis ne ahl e ba’it ke masakeen ko Aashoora ke din khilaya woh Siraat ke pul (bridge) par bijli ki raftaar se guzrega aur jis ne sadqa kiya woh mohtaaj nahi hoga aur jis ne Aashoora ko ghusl kiya usey mout ki bemaari ke alawah koi bemaari nahi hogi.

(9) ما من عبد يبكي يوم قتل الحسين يعني يوم عاشوراء إلا كان يوم القيامة مع أولي العزم من الرسل
Tarjumah: Jo koi Hussain Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat ke din yani Aashoora ke din royega woh qayamat ke din ulul azm peghambaron (Messengers of strong will) ke saath hoga.
* Yeh riwayat Mauzoo (gadhi hue) hai. 

(10) من صام يوم عاشوراء أعطى ثواب عشرة آلاف ملك
Tarjumah: Aashoora ke din roza rakhne waale ko 10 hazaar firshton ka sawab diya jayega.
* Yeh riwayat Mauzoo (gadhi hue) hai. 

In ke alawah bhi bahut si Zaeef aur Mauzoo riwayaat bayan ki jaati hain jin ke zikr ka yeh maqam nahi.

 SALAF KA RAWAIYYA BIDDATI LOGO KE LIYE By Imam Al Laailkaee

**Al-Imam al-Hafiz Abul-Qaasim Habatullaah ibn al-Hasan ibn Mansoor at-Tabaree al-Laalikaa’ee** (d.418 H) apni kitaab 'Sharh Usool I'tiqaad Ahlis-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah' (1/135-136/no. 252) mein riwayat karte hain:


“Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Qasim ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Sulaymaan ibn al-Asha'ath ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Abdullaah ibn Chubby al-Antique ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Yaws ibn Asbaat ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: *Main ne Muhammad ibn an-Nadr al-Haarithee ko yeh kehte hue suna:*


“Jo shakhs kisi bade bid'aat karne wale insaan ki baat sunta hai, aur use yeh maloom hai ke woh insaan bade bid'aat wala hai, toh Allah ki hifazat us se chhin jaati hai aur woh apne haal pe chhod diya jata hai.”


Aur Imaam Aboo 'Abdullaah ibn Muhammad ibn Battah al-'Akbaree al-Hanbalee (d. 387 H) ne apni kitaab 'Ibaanatul-Kubra' (2/460/no.443) mein yeh riwayat ki:


“Abul-Qaasim Hafs ibn 'Umar ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Aboo Haatim ar-Raazee ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Muhammad ibn 'Ubaadah ibn al-Bakhtaree ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: 'Ubaadah ibn Kulayb Aboo Ghassan al-Laythee ne hum se riwayat ki: *Muhammad ibn an-Nadr al-Haarithee se, jinhon ne kaha:*


“Jo shakhs kisi bade bid'aat karne wale insaan ki baat sunta hai aur use yeh maloom hai ke woh insaan bade bid'aat wala hai, toh woh apne haal pe chhod diya jata hai aur woh Allah ki hifazat se bahar ho jata hai.”


adh-Dhahabee ne apni kitaab 'Siyar A'laamin-Nubalaa' (8/175-176) mein unke baare mein kaha: “Muhammad ibn an-Nadr, Aboo 'Abdur-Rahman, al-Haarithee, al-Koofee: Woh apne daur ke sab se azeem ibadat guzar the jo Koofah mein rehte the. Unhone al-Awzaa'ee aur doosre ulama se riwayat ki. Un se (riwayat): Ibn Mahdee, Khaalid ibn Yazeed, Jareer ibn Ziyaad aur Aboo Nasr at-Tammar ne riwayat ki. Aboo Usama ne kaha: 'Woh Koofah ke sab se azeem ibadat guzar the.'”


Aur 'Abdul-Quddoos ibn Bakr ne Muhammad ibn an-Nadr se riwayat ki aur unhone kaha: “Ilm ka sab se bara shuruat yeh hai ke insaan sunne aur khamoshi ikhtiyar karne ki adat dale, phir usay yaad kare, phir us par amal kare aur phir usay failee.”


Ibn al-Mubaarak ne kaha: “Jab Muhammad ibn an-Nadr maut ka zikar karte, toh unke joints kaanp rahe hote the.”


Aur Abul-Ahwas ne kaha: “Muhammad ibn an-Nadr ne apne upar yeh vaada kiya tha ke jab tak unki aankhein neend se bhar nahi jaati, woh nahi soenge.”


Ibn Battah ne apni kitaab 'al-Ibaantul-Kubra' (2/461/no.444) mein bhi yeh riwayat ki: “Abul-Qaasim Hafs ibn 'Umar ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Aboo Haatim ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: ibn Ibraheem an-Neesaabooree ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: *Unclear in manuscript al-Husayn ibn ar-Rabee' ne hum se riwayat ki, kehte hain: Yahyaa ibn 'Umar ath-Thaqafee ne hum se riwayat ki, aur unhone suna: Sufyaan ath-Thawree ne kaha:*


“Jo shakhs kisi bade bid'aat karne wale insaan ki baat sunta hai, woh Allah ki hifazat se bahar ho jata hai aur apne haal pe chhod diya jata hai.”


**Aagah rahiye bid'aat waalon se dosti karne se, unke ghalat aqeede sunne se, unse baatein karne se, unki baatein sunne, padhne ya unke behram aqeede sunne se bachiye.** Imam al-Laalikaa'ee ne apni kitaab 'Sharh Usool I'tiqaad Ahlis-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah' mein salaf se kayi riwayatain zikar ki hain jo bid'aat waalon se rishta rakhne se chetavani deti hain - un mein se kuch yeh hain (riwayat ki silsila chhoda gaya):


(31)... Ayyoob (as-Sakhtiyaanee) se, jo kehte hain: “Waqqaar aur aalam se bachaav insaan ki khushi hai agar Allah usay ek aise ilm ke sahib ka saathi bana de jo Ahl-e-Sunnah mein se ho.”


(32)... Ibn Shawdhab se, jo kehte hain: “Jeevan mein jo khushiyan milti hain, un mein se ek yeh hai ke ek young ladka, jo Allah ki ibadat ki talash mein ho, ko Allah ek Ahl-e-Sunnah ka saathi de jo usay us mein madad de.”


(196)... 'Abdur-Rahman ibn Yazeed se, jo kehte hain: “Main ne 'Abdullaah ibn Mas'ood ko yeh kehte hue suna: ‘Bid'aat se bach ke rehna, jo log apne naayee tafseeray bana rahe hain, unse bachna, kyun ke deen ek dum se dil se nikalta nahi - shaytaan usmein bid'aat dakhil karata hai taake eemaan uske dil se nikaal le; aur yeh jaldi ho jayega ke log Allah ke farz (ibadat) jaise Namaz, Roza, halal aur haram ko chor denge.’Mana kia gaya hai, aur apne Rabb - Zabar dast aur Shaan wala - ke baare mein baat karein. Jo bhi us waqt ko paaye to woh bhaag jaye.” Poocha gaya: “Aboo Abdur-Rahman, kahan bhaagein?” Unhone kaha: “Kahin nahi, apne dil aur apne Deen ke saath bhaagein aur bid’at waale logon ke saath na baithain.”


(199) Mujahid se riwayat hai jo keh rahe the: “Ibn Umar se kaha gaya ke Najdah aise kehta hai, magar unhone sunne se inkaar kiya, is dar se ke kuch uska asar unke dil mein na ghus jaye.”


(240) Hasan (yani Al-Basaree) kaha karte the: “Bid’at waale logon ke saath na baitho, na unse behas karo aur na unki baatein suno.”


(242) Sa'eed ibn 'Aamir se riwayat hai jo keh rahe the: Maine Ismaa'eel (ibn Khaarijah) se suna jo bayan kar rahe the: Do log jo bid’at waale firqon ke the, Muhammad Ibn Seereen ke paas aaye aur kehne lage: “Aboo Bakr, hum aap se kuch bayan karna chahte hain.” Unhone kaha: “Nahi.” Un logon ne kaha: “To kya hum Allah ki Kitab ki ek Aayat aapko suna dein?” Unhone kaha: “Nahi.” Unhone kaha: “Ya to tum uth kar chale jao ya main uthta hoon.” To dono log uth kar chale gaye. Ek shakhs ne kaha: “Unhone Aayat sunane di hoti to kya nuqsaan hota?” Unhone kaha: “Mujhe ye pasand nahi ke woh Aayat ko sunate aur uska galat matlab karte, jo mere dil mein ghus jata.”


(244) Aboo Qulaabah ne kaha: “Unke saath na baitho aur na unse milo, kyun ke mujhe dar hai ke woh tumhe apni gumraahi mein doba na dein aur tumhe us cheez ke baare mein shak mein daal dein jo tum pehle se jaante ho.”


(246) Ayyoob as-Sakhtiyaanee se riwayat hai jo keh rahe the: Aboo Qulaabah ne mujhse kaha, “Ayyoob, meri chaar baatein yaad rakhna: Apni rai se Qur’an ke baare mein baat na karna, Qadr se door raho, aur agar Muhammad ke sahaba ka zikr ho to chup raho, aur bid’at waale logon ko apne sunnai ka mauqa na do.”


(248) Ma'mar ne kaha: Ibn Taawoos baithay hue the jab ek Mu'tazilah aaya aur baat karna shuru ki. Ibn Taawoos ne apne kaan mein ungliyan daal li aur apne bete se kaha: “Mere bete, apne kaan mein ungliyan daal lo aur zor se dabao taake tum uski koi baat na sun sako.” Ma'mar ne kaha: Iska matlab tha ke dil kamzor hai.


(249) 'Abdur Razzaaq ne humein bayan kiya: Ibraaheem ibn Abee Yahya ne mujhse kaha: “Mujhe lagta hai ke tumhare area mein Mu'tazilah bohot hain!?” Maine kaha: “Haan, aur woh yeh dawa karte hain ke aap un mein se hain.” Unhone kaha: “Kya tum mere saath is dukan mein chalogey taake main tumse baat karoon?” Maine kaha: “Nahi.” Unhone kaha: “Kyun?” Maine kaha: “Kyunkay dil kamzor hai aur Deen us shakhs ka nahi jo behas mein jeet jaye.”

(251)... Al-Awzaa’ee ne kaha: Umar ibn Abdul-Azeez ne farmaya: "Agar tum dekho ke kuch log Deen ke baare mein aam logon ko hata kar chhupke mulaqat karte hain, to samajh lo ke woh gumraahi ke asal per hain."


(252)... Yoosaf ibn Asbaat kehte hain: Maine Muhammad Ibn An-Nadral-Haarithee ko ye kehte suna: "Jo shakhs kisi bid’ati ko sunta hai aur jaanta hai ke woh bid’ati hai, to uski hifazat usse cheen li jati hai aur woh khud par chhod diya jata hai."


(253) Yoonus ibn ‘Ubayd ne farmaya: "Na hukmaran ke saath baitho aur na kisi bid’ati ke saath."

(254)... Amad ibn Yoonus kehte hain: Ek shakhs ne Sufyaan se kaha, jabke main sun raha tha: "O Aboo Abdullaah, mujhe naseehat karein." Unhone kaha: "Bid’at waale firqon aur behas se bacho aur hukmarano se door raho."


(259)... Yahyaa ibn Abee Katheer ne kaha: "Agar tum dekho ke ek bid’ati kisi raste par hai to doosra raasta ikhtiyar kar lo."


(260)... Ismaa’eel at-Toosee kehte hain: Ibn al-Mubaarak ne mujhse farmaya: "Apni mulaqat gareeb logon ke saath rakho aur bid’ati ke saath na baitho."


(261)... Al-Fudayl ibn ‘Iyaad ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs kisi se mashwara leta hai aur woh usse bid’ati ke paas bhejta hai, to usne Islam ke saath dhokha kiya. Bid’ati ke paas na jao kyunke woh haqq se rokhte hain."


(262)... Al-Fudayl ne kaha: "Bid’ati ke saath na baitho, mujhe dar hai ke tum par laanat na nazil ho."


(263)... Al-Fudayl ne farmaya: "Bid’ati ke saath na baitho, Allah ne uske aamaal ko bekaar kar diya hai aur uske dil se Islam ka noor nikal diya hai. Agar Allah kisi banday se mohabbat karta hai to uske liye achha aur pakiza rizq ata karta hai."


(264)... Al-Fudayl ne kaha: "Apne Deen ke maamle mein bid’ati par bharosa na karo, na usse mashwara lo, aur na uske saath baitho, kyunke jo shakhs bid’ati ke saath baithta hai, Allah usse andha bana deta hai."


(265)... Al-Fudayl ne farmaya: "Allah ke farishte woh mahfilein dhoondhte hain jahan Allah ka zikr hota hai, to dekh lo ke tum kis mahfil mein baithte ho – bid’ati ke saath na baitho, kyunke Allah unki taraf nahi dekhta, aur nifaq ki nishani yeh hai ke ek shakhs uth kar bid’ati ke saath baithta hai."


(266)... Al-Fudayl ne kaha: "Ruhain maqsoos lashkar hoti hain, to jo ek doosre ko pehchanti hain woh ek saath aati hain, aur jo nahi pehchanti woh alag ho jaati hain."

(267)... Al-Fudayl ne farmaya: “Main behtareen logon tak pohcha, aur sab log Ahl-e-Sunnah ke the aur woh bid’ati logon ke khilaf tanbeeh karte the.”


(268)... Al-Fudayl ne kaha: “Mubarak ho us shakhs ke liye jo Islam aur Sunnah par maut paaye – agar aisa ho to usse chahiye ke woh aksar kahe: Maa Shaa Allah (Allah jo chahe).”


(270)... Al-Hasan ne kaha: “Bid’ati se Allah na namaz qabool karta hai, na roza, na Hajj, na Umra, na Jihaad, na tauba, aur na hi sadqa.”


(271)... Al-Hasan ne farmaya: “Allah bid’ati se kuch bhi qabool nahi karta.”


(272)... Al-Fudayl ibn ‘Iyaad ne kaha: “Bid’ati ka koi amal Allah tak nahi uthaya jata.”


(273)... Ibraaheem ibn Maysarah ne farmaya: “Jo shakhs kisi bid’ati ki izzat karta hai, usne Islam ke girane mein madad ki hai.”

(274)... Abdullah ibn Umar as-Sarkhusee – jo al-Khazar ke ek aalim the – ne kaha: “Maine ek bid’ati ke saath ek hi khana khaya, aur jab Ibn al-Mubaarak ko is baat ka pata chala to unhone kaha: ‘Main usse tees din tak baat nahi karunga.’”

(275)... Al-Fudayl ne kaha: Ibn al-Mubaarak ne farmaya: “Main ne kisi bid’ati ke maal se zyada makrooh cheez nahi dekhi. Unhone dua ki: ‘O Allah, mujhe kisi bid’ati ka kuch bhi na de taake mera dil uski mohabbat na kare.’”

(276)... Ibraaheem (an-Nakha’ee) ne farmaya: “Bid’ati ke baare mein koi gheebat nahi hoti.”


(278)... Al-Hasan al-Basaree ne farmaya: “Teen log hain jin par gheebat ka hurmat nahi hai: unmein se ek woh hai jo bid’at ki taraf bulata hai.”


(281)... Katheer, Aboo Sahl ne kaha: “Yeh kaha gaya ke bid’ati firqon ke logon ke liye hurmat nahi hai.”


(284)... Abdullah ibn al-Mubaarak ne kaha: “Bid’ati ke chehre par tareekhi (andhera) hota hai, chahe woh din mein tees martaba apne chehre ko oil laga le.”

(286)... Sallaam ibn Abee Mutee' ne kaha: Ek shakhs ne Ayyoob se kaha: "O Abu Bakr, 'Amr ibn 'Ubayd apni rai se wapas aa gaya hai!" Ayyoob ne farmaya: "Woh wapas nahi aaya." Usne kaha: "Beshak, O Aboo Bakr, woh wapas aa gaya hai." Ayyoob ne teen martaba farmaya: "Woh wapas nahi aaya, woh wapas nahi aaya, woh wapas nahi aaya. Kya tumne Nabi (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) ka ye farman nahi suna: 'Woh Deen se is tarah nikal jate hain jis tarah teer shikar ke andar se nikal jata hai, aur phir wapas nahi aate jab tak ke teer dhanush ke taar tak wapas na chale jaye.'"


(290)... Ayyoob tamami bid’ati firqon ke logon ko "Khawaarij" keh kar bulate aur farmate: "Khawaarij ke alag alag naam hain, magar woh sab talwar ke istemal par muttahid hain."


(291)... Sallaam ne kaha: Ek bid’ati firqay ke shakhs ne Ayyoob se kaha: "Main tumse ek lafz ke baare mein sawal karna chahta hoon." Unhone rukh mod kar farmaya: "Nahi, na ek lafz aur na aadha lafz." Yeh baat unhone do martaba ungli se ishara karte hue kahi.


(293)... Malik ibn Anas ne farmaya: "Kya yeh baat hai ke har dafa koi shakhs aata hai jo doosre se behtareen behas kar leta hai, to hum woh chhod dein jo Jibreel (alaihis-salaam) Muhammad (sallallaahu `alaihi wasallam) ke paas laaye the, sirf uske behas ki wajah se?!"
